When not in use, we suggest storing the furniture indoors, in a watertight shed or garage, or covered with protective covers to prolong the lifespan of the set. Avoid placing it in a heated room and then immediately transferring it to a cold outdoor area as sudden changes in temperature and humidity may cause the wood to split.
Mildew can sometimes form on the surface of the furniture, especially if it has been used outside for long periods of time. Although the mildew does not affect the durability or longevity of the furniture, it can be easily washed off with water or mild washing solution and a soft-bristle brush.
