Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We ordered all our faucets from Wehomz for our bathroom remodel and they are all such high quality (our plumber was really impressed) and look so high-end. When this tub filler arrived it had a small fault meaning we couldn't attach it properly, but the customer service from Wehomz was amazing and they sent a replacement immediately. It's now installed and working perfectly, and we couldn't be happier. This looks like such an expensive fixture and really elevates the whole bathroom.
