Due to the specific customs and tax requirements in Norway and Switzerland, our tax-free policy does not currently cover orders shipped to Norway (NO) or Switzerland (CH). Customers shipping to these destinations are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT and other import taxes.
Default Free Sea Shipping: Our tax-free policy covers sea shipments to destinations other than Norway and Switzerland.
Selected Air Express Channels: We offer fast air express options. The same WEHOMZ tax-free policy applies, with Norway and Switzerland excluded.
Damages
wehomzfurn.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method
of payment, within 7 days.
