I have to be honest that I was hesitant to buy products from Wehomz since unfortunately there are some reviews that are not very positive for this company. However, I went ahead and I decide to trust and judge for myself. I am so glad I did. Their customer service has been once of my best Online experiences. Their products look exactly or better than I expected and work so far as they suppose to. I am 100% satisfied and I will buy more products from them in the future when I need it.
When we found out the jet on the head was not straight, contacted the support, who immediately sent us a replacement head.
The rain head is wonderful. I actually use less water when washing her because it does such a good job getting soap out.
This fixture is a great quality, but a but complicated and its best to hire a plumber on the install if you are retro fitting ...we bought this for our bathroom makeover and I love it.
