What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or loss resulting from the following circumstances:

  • Misuse, unusual use, or mishandling
  • Accidents or neglect
  • Acts of God (natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes)
  • Improper installation
  • Improper maintenance, use of abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or harsh outdoor environments
  • Modifications or use of unauthorized parts or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear (gloss reduction, scratching, staining, atmospheric conditions)
  • Fabric, seat cushions, and leather covers (replaceable at minimal cost)

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Wehomzfurn.com's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
