What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover damage or loss resulting from the following circumstances:
- Misuse, unusual use, or mishandling
- Accidents or neglect
- Acts of God (natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes)
- Improper installation
- Improper maintenance, use of abrasive cleaners, chemicals, or harsh outdoor environments
- Modifications or use of unauthorized parts or repairs
- Normal wear and tear (gloss reduction, scratching, staining, atmospheric conditions)
- Fabric, seat cushions, and leather covers (replaceable at minimal cost)
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Wehomzfurn.com's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
